The role brutal honesty plays in dealing with pornography addiction — or any addiction, for that matter — cannot be overstated.

Breaking Free has this great post on the subject, along with a story from a man who battled with alcohol addiction.

It takes great courage to be honest, and — as Breaking Free says — it’s true whether you are a full fledged addict or just a man who “dabbles.”
