Breaking Free, the blog of Covenant Eyes, interviewed Matt Fradd, who refers to the famous quote by St. Ireneaus who said that the Glory of God was man fully alive.

In this brief interview, Fradd makes many salient points about authentic masculinity and how it relates to breaking free from pornography use.

Fradd encourages men to think about sex.  You read that right.

Fradd wants men to actually think about sex, rather than simply fantasize about it; about false images of what sex is.

In order to be a man who is fully alive, a man must not be addicted to porn or lust or masturbation.
