The Bottom Line At The SEC
Well, staffers at the SEC have been busy, just not about the things they actually get paid for.
According to this news story, an accountant was blocked 16,000 times from visiting porn sites, but still managed to get around the filter on his computer. Another staffer used up all the space on his hard drive by downloading porn. He then started burning images to DVD and keeping a stash in his office.
Just think if the time and energy these SEC employees devoted to porn consumption had been used to do their actual jobs. Might our financial climate be better?
